Each year we help Colt host a four-day event for their leadership team and 600-strong global sales force team. The event is designed to ensure that everyone has clear and aligned objectives for the year going forward. We are responsible for all event logistics, design, technical production, content and video production.
The event is split in two parts – the Leadership Event followed by the Global Sales Kick Off. For the latter, we created a bespoke event identity and then tracked that through all on- and offline collateral.
A great deal of planning was put in to make the event both informative and interactive, so that the delegates are inspired by the content and can take away some of the energy created to share it throughout the wider organisation.
