The Challenge.

Every year, the team at ACA Live help Colt host a four-day event for their 600 strong global sales force. The leadership team are also invited to the event, using it as a platform to motivate the workforce and align objectives for the year ahead.

ACA Live take care of all event logistics and technical production, as well as designing the event along with any content or video production.

Our solution.

We work tirelessly for Colt year in, year out, and this year was no exception. We made sure the event was informative, interactive and entertaining, ensuring that delegates were inspired and moved by the content. We wanted them to leave feeling energised, taking that energy to the wider organisation creating ripples of positivity and motivation.
