The new Predator Football Boot from adidas is inspired by the boots of the 90s, reborn for the modern game with groundbreaking technology to aid control and stability on the pitch. We were tasked with creating an event that showcased this new technology, putting the capabilities of the new Predator boot front and centre.
We rallied a production team of over 100 people to convert the 5,850sqm hall at Event City in Manchester into a ‘Performance Ability Zone’, complete with five increasingly difficult challenges to test players and show off the new boots.
Global football stars such as Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko, and Manchester United’s Luis Nani and Tom Cleverly, all supported the event as we pitted some of the best players in the world against one another.
We managed to attract the attention of the press, and bloggers from around the world wrote about the event which amassed an impressive 200,000 hits on YouTube.
